I am off to do a recce to see what route to use tomorrow. So here is a list of points to prep for tomorrow.
1. Sport clubs opens @ 0930 and race starts at 1000
2. Fancy dress is optional no matter how simple or complicated
3. Participation in the Secret Santa is not compulsory but those who bring something will get to pick a present. Presents should be to the value of around £5 and be suitable for anyone and wrapped.
4. After race we will hand t-shirts, selection boxes and do Secret Santa
If anyone has to pull out please tell me now as sorting teams out this afternoon. Either on facebook or email
