WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS NEARLY BACK

2 week countdown to club returning to business as usual.

Training 2 nights a week. Initial dates and there after same time and day.

Wednesday 16th August 6.30pm to 8pm.

Saturday 19th August 10am to 11:15pm
