Its that time again were we undertake our monthly club supported 5k Parkrun for all athletes age 11 and upwards. Anyone below this age needs to run with an adult which is Parkrun rules.
For newer members this club initiative is to get the athletes involved in more running events which will help further their training and develop experience running in a competitve environment and socialising as club out with training nights.
Your child will need to be registered before their first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. If you forget it your son or daughter won't get a time.

This Saturday 3rd June at Victoria Park, G14 9NW near Scotstoun in Glasgow.
Club coach Mark Saez will be there to meet & greet Harriers at 9am. Lets promote the club! If you have a club vest, yellow training t-shirt or your Christmas Fun Run t-shirt from last year please wear it.
Remember due to this there will no Saturday training session at Calderglen.
Extra incentive, Juniors vs Seniors!
Some of the senior Harriers are running this parkrun event as part of the seniors Grand Prix internal competition. So if you fancy the challenge come along and get racing and training tips at the end from them.
Good luck to all and it would be great to see everyone there.
