Lothian Running Club held their annual trail race festival at Dechmont Law which is a hill in Livingston, West Lothian and its the highest hill in the Livingston area boasting views of Arthur's Seat and the Pentland Hills.
They had a range of trail races for all age groups and abilties from 10k, 3.5k and 2k fun run.
Junior Harrier Lewis Moir was today testing himself against his peers and good preparation for our club 3k race on Friday 24th June.
Lewis put in a fabulous shift throughout the race and was the race winner out of a field of 27 runners ranging from 3 to 50 yrs. The winning time was 9:20 and the 2nd and 3rd athletes were over 1 minute behind Lewis.
Lewis was modest as usual with his win which is really deserved as he is constantly working hard at his Harrier sessions which is helping him build good strength and endurance.
