This year's Lanarkshire Track & Field Championships take place on Saturday 6th September at Wishaw's Sports centre starting at 12pm and finishing about 4pm.
This event is for age groups under 11/13/15/17 and Senior athletes. It is only open to Lanarkshire clubs. I will put up the timetable of events for your information.
Coach John Mullen has volunteered to be the Team Manager for the event and a pre-requisite for entering athletes, every club has to supply 2 people to assist with running the event and we need athletes to want to participate.
All athlete entries need to be pre-entered so can any interested athlete and adult volunteers get back by Wednesday 27th August at training. I also need to know what event you want to do.
The club will cover the cost of the race(s).
