Well done Kai who has achieved 21 junior parkruns which is equivalent to 42k which is a marathon and he now gets rewarded with a green parkrun band to recognise that achievement. Next stop is the elusive Orange band. You need to achieve 50 runs which is 100k and classed as a ultra marathon. Go for it Kai!

With Lewis getting a massive Pb at Strathclyde Park, ex-Calderglen Harrier Cameron Green coming out on top at Victoria Junior Parkrun, Aidan running Tollcross (very hilly) for the first time and Kai completing 21 junior parkruns which is equivalent to 42k which is a marathon and the Byrne sisters consistenly making the Victoria Junior Parkrun part of their training to improve it has been an amazing performance for the junior athletes of Calderglen Harriers. Lets take these performances to the Lanarkshire AAA XC in November and show the other clubs in Lanarkshire how good we are.
